    the marina beach is a natural urban beach in the city, along with the Bay of Bengal. it is the longest urban natural beach in India and the 11th longest in the world, it attracts 30,000 visitors every day, the beach runs from st.george in the north to foreshore estate in the south,  the beach covers a 13km longshore.it shows the glory of Chennai people.
