Kerala is an indian state situated on the Malabar cost, it was formed on 1st November 1956, the state of kerala also called as parasurama kshetram,the state divided into 14 districts and Malayalam is the official language of the kerala and its mostly spoken language, Thiruvananthapuram is the capital of the state, kerala also known as the god's own country.

Kerala has always been known for its rich sources and marvellous places, it's considered as one of the peaceful and the cleanest state in India.it is the largest producer of rubber in India almost 92% of total rubber is produced by kerala and the state is fully covered with coconut trees, the whole state is covered with lots of herbs and spices.

kathakali is one of the major forms of classical Indian dance, its another "story place" genre of art,it's originated around the 17th century and it's world famous, the"chenda melam" means percussion using chenda, the chenda is used as a percussion for almost all kerala art forms like kathakali,kodiyattam,teyyam etc,it is most popular in kerala for more than 300 years.
